VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This April, we will be doing some exercises for our shoulder and upper back. We will mobilise the shoulder first so that it feels less stiff. Once it starts to loosen up we can start strengthening the muscles around it, specifically our upper back region.

  • Let's start off with Shoulder Circles - this is a great way to improve movement or loosen your arms to prepare you for the next exercise.

  • Once you feel loose, we can move on to Banded Pull Apart - this exercise can strengthen your upper back muscles, specifically your rhomboids and middle trap.
