VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This June, we will be doing some bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper body and lower body. We will start by targeting our upper body, specifically the pecs and triceps. From there, we will move into another exercise targeting our lower body, specifically the hip.
-
Let's start off with the Push Up - this is a great way to strengthen the the pecs and tricep muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Hip Flexor Stretch - this exercise can strengthen your hip flexor muscles.
