VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This December, we will be doing some stretches for our QL muscle and Subscapularis muscle. We will start by stretching the QL muscles. Once you feel loosen up we can move on to releasing the tension for the subscapularis muscle to enhance further its range of motion and resilience!

  • Let's start off with QL Stretch - this is a great way to stretch the QL muscles specifically.

  • Once you feel loosen up, we can move on to Subscapularis Spikey Ball Release - this exercise can release tension and increase range of motion of your shoulder.
