This June, we will be doing some stretches and exercises for our body. We will start by targeting our back muscles. From there, we will target our glute muscles.

Let's start off with the Baby Cobra Pose - this is a great way to release your deltoid muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Single Leg Glute Bridge - this exercise can stretch your calf muscles.
