VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This June, we will be doing some stretches and exercises for our body. We will start by targeting our back muscles. From there, we will target our glute muscles.

  • Let's start off with the Baby Cobra Pose - this is a great way to release your deltoid muscles.

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Single Leg Glute Bridge - this exercise can stretch your calf muscles.
