BACKPACK CHECKS

School is back in and we are here to help!

#Teampure are offering FREE backpack checks.

If your child is at Ashfield Public School, we will be there on the week starting 9th February before and after school.

If your child is not at Ashfield Public School, you can still bring them in during your session in February. Please contact client services for more information.

BOOKING POLICY UPDATE

We have updated our booking policy.

Updates regarding our booking will be that each patient will be allowed a maximum of 2 session bookings during our off peak period. We will also only accept bookings for patients for up to 8 weeks ahead.

VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This February, we will be doing some bodyweight and spikey ball exercises for our body. We will start by targeting our deltoid muscles . From there, we will move into a back stretch targeting our hip flexor muscles.
-
Let's start off with the Deltoid Spikey Ball Release - this is a great way to strengthen the deltoid muscles.
-
Once you start to warm up, we can move on to 90/90 Hip Mobility - this exercise can relax these muscles.
