BACKPACK CHECKS

  • School is back in and we are here to help!

  • #Teampure are offering FREE backpack checks. 

  • If your child is at Ashfield Public School, we will be there on the week starting 9th February before and after school. 

  • If your child is not at Ashfield Public School, you can still bring them in during your session in February. Please contact client services for more information.

BOOKING POLICY UPDATE

  • We have updated our booking policy. 

  • Updates regarding our booking will be that each patient will be allowed a maximum of 2 session bookings during our off peak period. We will also only accept bookings for patients for up to 8 weeks ahead.

VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This February, we will be doing some bodyweight and spikey ball exercises for our body. We will start by targeting our deltoid muscles . From there, we will move into a back stretch targeting our hip flexor muscles.

  • Let's start off with the Deltoid Spikey Ball Release - this is a great way to strengthen the deltoid muscles.

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to 90/90 Hip Mobility - this exercise can relax these muscles.
