  • This May, we will be doing some stretches and exercises for our body. We will start by targeting our deltoid muscles. From there, we will target our calf muscles.

  • Let's start off with the Deltoid Spikey Ball Release - this is a great way to release your deltoid muscles.

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Calf Stretch - this exercise can stretch your calf muscles.
