This April, we will be doing some stretches and exercises for our body.We will start by targeting our bicep muscles. From there, we will target our glute.

Let's start off with the Bicep Stretch - this is a great way to stretch out your bicep muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Clam Shells - this exercise can strengthen your glute muscles.
