This December, we will be doing some bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper and lower limbs. We will start by targeting our pec minor muscles . From there, we will move into a lower body exercise targeting our hip muscles.

Let's start off with the Pec Minor Stretch - this is a great way to lengthen the pec minor muscles.
-
Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Hip Adductor Stretch - this exercise can relax the hip muscles.
