  • This September, we will be doing some banded and bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper and lower body. We will start by targeting our ankles. From there, we will move into an upper body exercise targeting our wrist extensor muscles.

  • Let's start off with the Ankle Eversion - this is a great way to strengthen our ankles. 

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Wrist Extensors - this exercise can relax wrist extensors.
