VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This March, we will be doing some banded and bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper and lower body. We will start by targeting our legs, specifically our quadricep muscle. From there, we will incorporate a isolated movement involving our rear delt muscles to further challenge the rear delt and upper back muscles.

Let's start off with Lunges Balance Challenge - this is a great way to strengthen the quadricep muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Shoulder External Rotation Exercise - this exercise can strengthen your rear delt muscles.
