VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This March, we will be doing some bodyweight exercises for our lower body. We will start by targeting our glute muscles. 

  • From there, we will target our hamstring muscles. Let's start off with the Glute Bridge - this is a great way to strengthen the glute muscles.

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Single Leg RDL - this exercise can strengthen the hamstring muscles.
