VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This March, we will be doing some bodyweight exercises for our lower body. We will start by targeting our glute muscles.

From there, we will target our hamstring muscles. Let's start off with the Glute Bridge - this is a great way to strengthen the glute muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Single Leg RDL - this exercise can strengthen the hamstring muscles.
