This November, we will be doing some banded and spikeyball strengthening exercises for our upper and lower limbs. We will start by targeting our shoulders. From there, we will move into a lower body exercise targeting our glute muscle.

Let's start off with the Shoulder W Circle - this is a great way to strengthen the shoulder muscles.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Glute Medius Stretch - this exercise can relax the glute muscles.
