VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This October, we will be doing some banded and spikeyball strengthening exercises for our upper and lower limbs. We will start by targeting our legs and biceps.
-
From there, we will move into an upper body exercise targeting our forearm muscles. Let's start off with the Squat to Curl - this is a great way to strengthen quadriceps, glutes and biceps.

Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Spikey Ball Forearm Release - this exercise can relax the forearm muscles.
