VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This October, we will be doing some banded and spikeyball strengthening exercises for our upper and lower limbs. We will start by targeting our legs and biceps.

  • From there, we will move into an upper body exercise targeting our forearm muscles. Let's start off with the Squat to Curl - this is a great way to strengthen quadriceps, glutes and biceps.

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Spikey Ball Forearm Release - this exercise can relax the forearm muscles.
