APS COMMUNITY MARKET

  • On Sunday 25th August, we are proudly participating in the Ashfield Public School community market!

  • This event is held from 10am-3pm at Ashfield Public School which helps raise money towards the purchase of additional resources for teachers and students at the school.

VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This August, we will be doing some exercises for our lower body and ankle. We will start by releasing the tension in the front part of the leg. Once it starts to loosen up we can start strengthening the capacity and range around our foot and ankle to maintain its mobility and stability!

  • Let's start off with a Tibialis Anterior Stretch - this is a great way to loosen and stretch the muscle in front of your leg to prepare you for the next exercise.

  • Once you feel loosened up, we can move on to Seated Ankle Alphabet Mobility Exercise - this exercise can mobilise the ankle to maintain its flexibility to keep it injury free!
