This March, we will be doing some mobility exercises for our thoracic spine. Once we feel less stiff on our upper trunk, we will add strength by doing some core exercises.

Let's start off with Seated Thoracic Mobility - this is a great way to improve movement on your upper trunk.
-
Once you feel loose on your thoracics, we can move on to Deadbugs - this exercise can strengthen your core muscles.
