PURE | HEALTH & Ashfield Public School are committed to helping develop a healthy & fit community. Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) is one of the six key learning areas in the NSW primary curriculum and is about a broad notion of health that encompasses all aspects of an individual's wellbeing, inclusive of social, mental, physical and spiritual health. Therefore both pure | health & Ashfield Public School are working together on a series of videos to promote a healthy lifestyle through YouTube, which is the focus of class every week.
