ASHFIELD COMMUNITY MARKET

  • This 31st of August, we will be at the Ashfield Public School's Community Market.

  • Come and say hi to #TeamPure from 10am - 3pm!

  • The market helps raise money for vital items for the school such as decodable readers and laptops to improve student education.

VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This August, we will be doing some bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper and lower body. We will start by targeting our thoracic spine. From there, we will move into a lower body exercise targeting our tibialis anterior muscle.

  • Let's start off with the Seated Thoracic Mobility - this is a great way to strengthen our back. 

  • Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Tibialis Anterior Stretch - this exercise can relax your tibialis anterior muscle.
