This 31st of August, we will be at the Ashfield Public School's Community Market.

The market helps raise money for vital items for the school such as decodable readers and laptops to improve student education.

VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

This August, we will be doing some bodyweight strengthening exercises for our upper and lower body. We will start by targeting our thoracic spine. From there, we will move into a lower body exercise targeting our tibialis anterior muscle.

Let's start off with the Seated Thoracic Mobility - this is a great way to strengthen our back.
-
Once you start to warm up, we can move on to Tibialis Anterior Stretch - this exercise can relax your tibialis anterior muscle.
