This September, we will be doing some flexibility and strengthening of the knee to improve day to day movements like walking up the stairs

Let's start off with Quadricep Stretches - this is a great way to release all the muscles in the front of the thigh (quadriceps)

Once the thighs are feeling loose, we can move on to the Squat - this exercise can strengthen your knees by building the quadricep and glute muscles
