COVID-19 UPDATE: 13/11/2021
At PURE | HEALTH, Your Health is what we ALWAYS do best.
1) Under current Public Health Orders we are able to treat ALL Clients who can provide proof of Vaccination PRIOR to their session, via attaching their Vaccination proof to their confirmation email OR;
For Unvaccinated Clients proof a Negative COVID-19 result taken within 72 hours of your session time in order to attend the practice regardless of symptoms for clients that are in acute pain or where their health situation will deteriorate as a result of not coming in.
Please contact the practice directly to be screened as to whether you can come in or not.
2) Clients required to self isolate by NSW Health cannot attend the practice until completed
PURE | HEALTH is registered as a COVID Safe Business by the NSW Government. #TeamPure have all completed Department of Health Online Training for COVID-19 and integrated Enhanced Hygiene & Social Distancing Protocols above the minimum government mandated requirements. At the moment PURE | HEALTH is in 'Modified Mode', providing the same Award Winning Service you love, so you can still come in to 'straighten yourself out'.
So what does this mean for you?
If you fall into the COVID-19 High Risk Category, you should not come in. If you do not know if you are in this category or not, contact Client Services and we will let you know
Upon arrival you will be required to check in using the QR code through the Service NSW App, use the Hand Sanitiser provided & have your temperature taken before commencing your session. If the reception area is at capacity kindly wait outside until it is safe to enter
Clients are REQUIRED to wear a face covering in the practice ONLY when not being treated
Please be on time for your session so that we can adhere to Social Distancing Protocols. If you are running late let us know as soon as you can so our Client Services Team can make appropriate arrangements for clients following after you

Our reduced capacity means it may be harder to get your preferred session time, especially during weekday evenings & on weekends. Clients that we need to 'Social Distance', Client Services will contact you directly to discuss suitable options to ensure we are keeping both #TeamPure and you, our PURE | FAMILY safe

#TeamPure members on premises have received BOTH doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine are working in Practice and adhering to Public Health Order Protocols
Limited Chiropractic & Remedial Massage Sessions are available. Sessions are strictly limited & subject to Ongoing Government Regulations. Advance Bookings through Client Services are required. Walk-ins are not accepted
At Home Visits are currently suspended
Reducing our capacity during opening hours to conform with the Social Distancing Policy set by Government Authorities
Maximum number of people on the premises at any period of time is 9
Restricting the number of people allowed in the reception area to 2 people at any period of time
Online Bookings are currently suspended
Suspension of any form of cash payment
#TeamPure Members will be wearing masks whilst working around clients
Frequently disinfecting all bench tops and commonly used surfaces
Using disinfectant in all of our towels and linen with each laundry cycle
Hand sanitiser readily available for everyone to use
Applying disinfectant spray at regular intervals throughout the practice
